Privacy notice

This website is run by Gambew Consulting (Pty) Ltd, trading as Quantum Analytica (registration number 2026/196644/07), a South African company. We are the responsible party for the personal information described here under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

• Details you send us through the booking form or by email: your name, work email address, company, what you are interested in and your message.
• Anonymous usage statistics about how the site is used (pages viewed, referring site, device type). We use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.

We use your details only to reply to you, arrange a conversation or workshop and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we will not add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Our website is hosted by Vercel, and messages may be delivered by an email service provider. These operators process information on our behalf under their own security safeguards. Some of their servers are outside South Africa; where information is transferred across borders, we rely on providers that offer an adequate level of protection, as POPIA requires.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and for our ordinary business records, and then delete them.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@quantumanalytica.co.za and we will respond. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
